About the project

A reading desk, not a storefront.

C·tradigo is an editorial notebook — not a product site. It began in 2015 as notes traded between colleagues in Vancouver who were tired of "education" that ended in a sign-up button. We explain startup investments, market analysis, financial instruments, strategies and AI research tools in language meant for curious readers, not buyers.

We publish for students, professionals and self-directed learners who want context without commissions, platform links or calls to act. Every note is drafted, edited and dated. When we're unsure, we say so; when something is opinion, we label it. Nothing here recommends a broker, a token or a product — and it never will.

Purpose

Clarity first — we decode how things work and never promote a product.

Audience

Readers who study how markets behave, not people chasing signals.

Funding

Modest display ads and free content — zero affiliate or referral deals.

Scope

No references to specific brokers, exchanges, tokens or platforms.

Sources

Where the numbers come from

Primary, public and peer-reviewed material only — and never anything that pays to be cited. Regulatory sources complement our editorial work; they do not replace professional advice.

Statistics Canada

Official datasets on the economy, business demography, household finance and open-government portals anchor our factual reporting.

Bank of Canada

Rate decisions, research papers and long-run monetary data that put current numbers in historical context.

Academic literature

Peer-reviewed finance and economics supplies the frameworks we use to structure each explainer.

Regulatory sources

Guidance and independent authority publications from securities regulators and standards bodies.

FAQ

Questions we get a lot

Who is behind C·tradigo?
A small independent editorial team based in Vancouver, British Columbia, writing and revising these notes since 2015. No sales desk, no partner network.
How is it funded?
Through modest display advertising only. We take no commissions, referral or affiliate payments, so there's no incentive to point you toward any product.
Is any of this financial advice?
No. Everything here is general educational information — not personal advice and not a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything.
Do you collect my data?
As little as possible. If you write to us, we use your details only to reply. See our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
Do you promise results?
Never. Markets carry risk and past patterns don't repeat on demand. We explain mechanics; outcomes are yours.
Can I suggest a topic?
Please do — use the form below. Reader questions and fixes shape much of what we publish next.
